Here at Urban Star Building Maintenance, we price our services according to what works for our clients, works for us! Our pricing structure is simple and very reasonable! We are flexible with what works best for our customers!  

Urban Star Building Maintenance is fully licensed. We carry both Worker’s Compensation and liability insurance. In addition, all of our cleaning chemicals and equipment are environmentally friendly products and comply with Canadian environmental regulations.  

For your peace of mind, we provide on the job training to insure employees get cleaning standard training. We use a detailed checklist system to guarantee that each and every cleaning task you want us to perform is done every visit and that is another benefit for our customers.
